Who We Are
More Than a Parts Broker

AeroCanada Industries 770 Inc. is a global aviation partner focused on keeping aircraft flying safely and efficiently. Founded in 2010, we support airlines, MROs, lessors and governments with a combination of spare parts distribution, repair management, engine & APU solutions and asset remarketing.

Beyond traditional brokering, we invest time in understanding each operator’s constraints – fleet mix, routes, cash-flow and maintenance strategy – so that every quote we send is a real operational solution, not just a price.

Component Support Across Multiple Fleets

We support mixed fleets – regional, narrow-body and selected wide-body aircraft – with rotables, LRUs, avionics, landing gear components, wheels & brakes and a wide range of consumables.

  • Coverage for Falcon, ATR, Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, Bombardier and more

  • AOG and critical orders treated with priority until delivery

  • Combination of in-stock units, exchange options and on-demand sourcing

  • Close follow-up from RFQ to warranty support

Engine and APU Sales, Exchanges & Management
A significant part of our activity is dedicated to powerplants – engines and APUs. We work with selected MRO shops and asset owners to provide flexible solutions adapted to each operator’s reality: from a one-off APU replacement to long-term engine support.
  • Sale and lease of engines and APUs (serviceable, overhauled or “as-is” for teardown)

  • Exchange and loan solutions for urgent removals

  • Support on specific APU families (e.g. 36-series) and regional jet engines

  • Sourcing of LLPs, QEC kits and accessories for shop visits

  • Coordination between operator, MRO and financiers when required

MRO & Repairs
From Removal to Return to Service

When a component leaves the wing, our job is to make sure it comes back to service in the most cost-efficient way. We coordinate with a network of audited MROs to balance price, turnaround time and repair scope.

  • Selection of shop according to your fleet, standards and geography

  • Quote comparison: flat-rate, NTE, not-to-exceed and PBH logic

  • Shop visit management: core routing, tear-down report review, BER decision support

  • Warranty and post-repair support in case of repeat removals

AOG & Exchange Programs
When Every Hour on Ground Has a Cost

In AOG situations we move from “nice to have” to “mission critical”. Our exchange programs and consignment stock allow us to deliver serviceable units quickly while your core is inspected and repaired.

  • Immediate shipment of serviceable units where available

  • Clear exchange terms: fee, core return conditions and LRU configuration

  • Temporary lease solutions when exchange is not the best option

  • Strategic stock and partner inventories in Canada, Europe and the US

Asset Management
From Surplus Inventory to Value

We also help operators, lessors and repair shops to monetize their dormant assets: surplus inventory, parked aircraft, engines and APUs, as well as repairable cores.

  • Purchase, consignment or revenue-sharing models for surplus parts

  • Support on aircraft and engine teardowns (selection of teardown partner, part-out plan)

  • Market feedback on pricing, demand and alternative applications

  • Transparent reporting on sales performance

Global Network & Customers
A Boutique Company With a Global Reach

We operate as a lean, boutique-style company, but our customer base is global and diverse, from small regional operators to large flag carriers and Tier-1 MROs. This positioning allows us to remain flexible while meeting demanding standards.

  • Operations covering North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific

  • Experience with both scheduled and charter airlines, cargo operators and governments

  • Direct relationships with MROs, OEMs and stockists to secure critical parts

Mission & Way of Working
Reliable, Transparent, Easy to Work With

Our mission is simple: be the supplier you can call when the situation is complicated – technically, commercially or politically – and know that we will look for a solution as if it were our own fleet.

  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented support rather than catalogue selling

  • Clear communication on risks, lead times and alternatives

  • Long-term view: we prefer recurring business to one-shot deals

  • Confidential handling of sensitive projects and negotiations
